1. Advanced technology, safe and reliable
The box adopts domestic leading technology and process. The housing is generally made of galvanized steel sheet. The frame uses standard container materials and manufacturing processes. It has good anti-corrosion performance and guarantees no corrosion for 20 years. The inner sealing plate is made of aluminum alloy gusset plate, the interlayer is made of fireproof and thermal insulation material, air conditioning and dehumidification device are installed in the cabinet, and the operation of the equipment is not affected by the natural climate environment and external pollution, which can ensure normal operation in the harsh environment of -40 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃.
The primary equipment in the box adopts the leading domestic technology equipment such as vacuum
Switch Cabinet, Dry Type Transformer and vacuum circuit breaker (spring operating mechanism). The product has no exposed live parts, is fully insulated structure, can achieve zero electric shock accident. The whole station can realize oil-free operation with high safety.
2. High degree of automation
The whole Taiwan design is intelligent. The protection system adopts the substation integrated automatic device and adopts the distributed installation. It can realize "four remote", that is, remote measurement, remote signal, remote control, remote regulation. Each unit has independent operation functions and relay protection. Complete functions, remote setting of operating parameters, control of humidity and temperature in the box, to meet the requirements of unattended.
3. Factory prefabricated
All equipment in the factory one-time installation qualified, shorten the design and manufacturing cycle. 6. Cover small Spaces.
Taking the 4000kva single main transformer substation as an example, the construction area of the conventional 35kv substation is about 3000m, which requires large-scale civil engineering. If box substation is selected, the minimum area of the main transformer box and switch box can be as small as 100m, while the total area including 35kv and other equipment is as high as 300m, which is only 1/10 of the area of the substation of the same scale. Make full use of street centers, squares and factory corners, which can be installed and put into operation, in line with the national land conservation policy.
